Our Self-sealing Cohesive Blister cards work utilizing a chemical reactive process where the cards once folded bond to each other. The cards are die cut with an area for the blister dome or cover to drop into the die cut area and then the product is dropped inside the dome or cover. The cards are then folded over and lock or entrap the dome with the product completing the assembly and fulfillment process.
