Our custom packaging offers an opportunity to reduce the footprint of a Thermoformed package by at least 50% while providing the structural integrity and durability of a full size clamshell. Our specialty packaging provides tamper evident features along with easy fulfillment and assembly. We print full color coated cards that provide our customers with an impressive visual merchandising tool that is eye catching while being cost effective.
Our self-sealing Cohesive Blister cards work utilizing a chemical reactive process where the cards once folded bond to each other. The cards are die cut with an area for the blister dome to cover or drop into the die cut area and then the product is dropped inside the dome or cover.
The cards are then folded over and lock or entrap the dome with the product completing the assembly and fulfillment process.
