Clear Concept Innovations, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund.
Simply contact our store or call us to receive instructions on returning your purchase.

The following Conditions apply:

• A 30% restocking fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear). Note: if a product is damaged we will replace at no charge.
  
  
• Returns are accepted only on full cartons of product. All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Clear Concept Innovations prior to returning product. No Product will be accepted without an RMA number.

Shipping to and from Clear Concept Innovations, Inc. is at the customers expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured.
